Former New England Defensive Coordinator Dean Pees to replace Nolan

New England's defensive coordinator from last season, who departed the team under mutual agreement on Jan 14, is going to replace Mike Nolan. This may be the reason why Josh McDaniels showed Mike Nolan the door today.

Josh McDaniels continues his love affair with all things new england and all things cast off by Bill Belichick. And, as usual, at the expense of the Denver Broncos.

Make no mistake, Mike NOlan is not responsible for the second half collapse by Denver. He is responsible for the Broncos getting 8 wins to begin with, and will be missed

    McDumbass to coach an expansion team!!!!!

    First Cutler is run out of town &
    Orton is brought in; then Know"gain" Moreno is drafted; then Hillis, Scheffler, & B-MARSH have been banished; and now Nolan is let go?

    WTF!!!!!

    The Broncos have now become a retirement home for EX-Pat's players and coaches.

    The one thing we could ALWAYS count on under Shanny was stability---year in and year out.

    Under McDimwit, we have been about as stable as a Haitian skyscraper following the earthquake.

  3. NY Bronco is right. Who are the next Patriot Recycled Imports? Steve Grogan, Tony Eason, Sam Bam Cunningham, Drew Bledsoe, Junior Seau, Andre Tippett, Irving Fryar. Heck bring back Chuck Fairbanks and Raymond Barry as assistants.

  5. Is josh mcdaniels trying to sabotage my team or what?! I mean the first thing the guy does is try to grab matt cassell from the pats and than we loose cutler. Now we loose our new defensive coordinator so we can get pees from the patriots.

    Newsflash mcdaniels THE DENVER BRONCOS ARE NOT THE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS!!!

    Why was he so happy beating the patriots this year if he is just trying to turn our broncos into a carbon copy of them?

    As an avid broncos fan I am not pissed about the broncos 8-8 record. I am way more pissed about loosing great bronco players at the hands of and arrogant young coach. First cutler...now marshall...what's next is the guy gonna get rid of elvis dumervil too?

    Oh and ps pat bowlen fired a coach that brought the broncos to back to back winning superbowls...because of a season that ended 8-8. So maybe its time to re-think that decion because oh yeah the broncos had the same f**king record this year!

  9. Mr Bowlen you have been in Denver for years and I have always respected your decisons because I knew you had a good football mind. There was definitely an argument to be made for firing Shannahan but the question is in the hiring of the immature and insecure McDaniels. The guy needs several more years of maturing and growing up. Please bring in a 'real' football minded coach...
