Broncos Fire Brian Xanders

The broncos fired Brian Xanders today, cutting another tie to the Josh McDaniels era. 

This is an interesting move because Xanders had helped get Elway up to speed and seemed to be pretty involved in the draft two weeks ago. But, perhaps Elway was not impressed by Xanders and decided to let him go.   Or, perhaps the stink of McDaniels was still on Xanders.

Maybe we will find out more, but i do trust in John Elway. He has been successful at football and at business, so i think he knows how to build a team.

With pick 188 overall, the broncos select Danny trevathan, OLB from kentucky
